Ooredoo Algeria, Mobile Arts and Double T announced on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, the official signing of their partnership agreement, concluded on the sidelines of Mobile World Congress (MWC) Doha 2025. This strategic collaboration marks a major milestone in the digital transformation of the Algerian market and aligns fully with Ooredoo’s vision to offer its customers innovative and modern digital experiences.

The official signing ceremony took place in the presence of top management from three organizations, Ooredoo Algeria’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Roni Tohme, along with Mobile Arts Co-founder and CEO, Mr. Jamil Gaith, and Double T CEO Mr. Mohammed Y. Al-Obaidi. The meeting reaffirmed a shared vision centered on innovation and the development of a high-performing digital ecosystem that serves users’ needs.

As part of the upcoming Algerian launch of Ooredoo’s 5G network, the partnership will bring an unprecedented Cloud Gaming solution: Blacknut.
