With revenue projections estimated to exceed $6 billion by 2024(1), Cloud Gaming is confirmed as a strategic new category in the gaming industry. Publishers, big or small, are beginning to take notice of the growing trend, and with Cloud Gaming’s natural ability to reach audiences across the globe, no matter their consoles or devices, it’s becoming an increasingly interesting market.
As a leading player in games distribution and managing a catalogue of over 4’000+ video games from more than 100 world-class content creators, Genba Digital has experience in providing publishers, and gamers, the best ways to access the most interesting gaming titles. Now, with the partnership between Genba Digital and Blacknut, publishers can reach an even wider audience, and gamers can get their hands on the best the industry has to offer, in a subscription service format.
Blacknut’s core target markets are casual gamers and families who prefer the convenience of a multi-device all-you-can-eat subscription. They value access to a broad catalog and ease of use (though click & play) to play games via their existing TV, tablet or mobile.
Blacknut’s Cloud Gaming service is available directly to consumers and through major B2B partnerships with ISPs, device manufacturers, OTT services or media companies, including Telecom Italia, AIS in Thailand, Hutchison Drei in Austria, POST Telecom in Luxembourg, Telecall in Brazil to name a few.

At Genba Digital, our mission is to simplify digital distribution while securely connecting digital content owners and sales channels around the globe. The addition of Blacknut provides our Content Owners with an off-the-shelf solution to leverage the Cloud Gaming opportunity, bring new sources of revenue, and extend the reach of their games to new audiences, new devices, and new territories worldwide.
Said Matt Murphy - CEO of Genba Digital.
Our technology allows games to be ported on multiple devices with no additional efforts from developers, seamlessly enabling them to target new devices, like mobile phones, or TV set-top-box. This new partnership with Genba Digital will also provide Blacknut users with a steady inflow of new premium games on the platform.
Said Nabil Laredj, VP Business and Licensing at Blacknut.
First to join Blacknut’s catalogue are Graffiti Games' great titles, already live since October: King’s Bird, Double Cross, Bite the Bullet, Cyber Hook, Joggernauts, Marble & The Wood, REZ PLZ, Tridents Wake.
All games are now available to play on Blacknut’s application across all devices: PC, Mac, Android and iOS smartphones, compatible TVs and Amazon FireTV sticks.
Blacknut and Genba will be announcing further game integrations in the very near future.
