Game publisher Curve Digital will distribute PC titles through cloud gaming service Blacknut to reach new audiences through platform ubiquity.
Blacknut today officially announced a new partnership with publisher Curve Digital. The publisher will distribute its mainstream-friendly PC games on Blacknut’s cloud gaming service to benefit from the service’s distribution network and reach new consumers.
This partnership will enable Blacknut subscribers to play Curve Digital’s PC titles, including hits such as Human: Fall Flat, For the King, and Bomber Crew, on any of Blacknut’s supported platforms. Blacknut currently supports Android mobile, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, PC, Mac, and Linux, with more platforms to come. The games are already live on the service.
We’re very excited about the opportunity to help Curve Digital introduce their renowned titles to new audiences through our service.
As game discoverability becomes increasingly difficult, it’s important for developers and publishers to have the ability to quickly port their games to the most relevant platforms.
Said Nabil Laredj, Head of Business Development & Licensing at Blacknut.
Curve is pleased to partner with Blacknut on their growing cloud gaming platform.
Stated Simon Byron, Publishing Director at Curve Digital.
Curve Digital is the latest major publisher to partner with the cloud gaming service, who just announced a partnership with Square Enix this past July. As of this announcement Blacknut boasts over 200 premium titles on their catalog, which can be accessed for a monthly subscription of €14.99.
