The report, which was published today, gives the most up-to-date forecast of the growth in cloud gaming revenues from now to 2023. The big news is that Newzoo expects global revenues to surpass the five billion-dollar mark within the next three years.
In the report, Nabil Laredj, VP of Business and Head of Licensing, also provides fascinating insights into the pandemic’s impact on cloud gaming and the gaming industry’s recent growth. Blacknut has been able to measure this impact with reliable data showing the number of players grow eightfold in 2020 alone!
