Sitting under the Head of Delivery, the project manager is involved with all key aspects of the Blacknut service: backend, frontend, data, product roadmap, editorial and marketing.
Through strong team-spirit, effective communication, and 360° curiosity, the project manager helps Blacknut build fruitful partnerships with our telco partners.
What you will do
You own your projects by:
- Being the main referent for all functional and technical topics on the project
- Being accountable for the quality of the service
- Knowing the scope of work and Blacknut strategic business goals
- Following the status of the delivery and the corresponding actions by the various stakeholders
- Managing the delivery/technical relationship with Partners during projects delivery and operations and support phases
- Handling all requests coming from the Partner and synchronizing with the Blacknut teams
- Carefully planning the integration definition, developments and test phases
- Assessing risks, raising issues and arbitrating priorities with the Head of Delivery and the CTO
- Documenting and capitalizing all functional and technical information
- Validating the developments before delivering them to the Partners
You collaborate and communicate efficiently by:
- Detailing the required developments to the technical teams
- Supporting the go-to-market plan with Marketing team
- Representing the Product Expertise externally
- Driving an effective collaboration between all Blacknut stakeholders: CTO, CMO, CPO, developers, under the supervision of the Head of Delivery
Profile
Mandatory:
- 3+ years experience in managing delivery projects
- Strong technical background - Engineer degree in Telecom or Computer Science
- Great communication skills with a positive attitude, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- Fluent with technical english both written and spoken
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Ability to travel occasionally
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in one or many of the following topics is appreciated: Video Streaming, telco operators integration, Public Cloud, Mobile applications, Data analysis
- Past experience on a B2C subscription based service
- An interest in video games, technology & innovation, entertainment digital services
- Like to learn and thrive in a fast moving environment
