Growth and User Acquisition Manager (H/F)

Blacknut is looking for a Growth and User Acquisition Manager (Experienced/Senior level) to own Blacknut’s user acquisition activities. Reporting to our CMO, you will leverage your expertise and creativity to expand our User base worldwide, advise and coordinate the ads campaigns with our B2B Distribution Partners, as well as our Direct-to-Consumer acquisition channels.

Role

Define and drive Blacknut's acquisition strategy across all channels with the objective to grow our End-User base and generate long-term sustainable acquisition of engaged subscribers.

  • Manage the Key objectives of User acquisition for all our Distribution channels (D2C and B2B partners, all Devices and apps)
  • Identify and apply best practices to efficiently scale marketing campaigns
  • Make proposals, coordinate and/or execute planned paid campaigns for both our D2C applications, and in collaboration with our B2B Distribution Partners worldwide.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage - with a focus on acquisition/activation
  • Build a consistent strategy around AARRR & Growth Loops frameworks
  • Get into concepts of incrementality and cannibalization in user acquisition

Acquisition: be the owner of campaigns aiming at generating new users and coordinate all stakeholders to deliver your strategy.

  • Manage performance-based paid marketing efforts to reach acquisition and retention objectives (Social eg. Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Search eg Google, Programmatic, other Ad networks, etc.) and test as many new channels as you can imagine
  • Make budget forecasts, challenge current budget weights, check spends on a regular basis, and adjust when necessary
  • Optimize our marketing-mix based on the performance of past and ongoing channels
  • Conduct and iterate on A/B tests to improve campaigns performances
  • Coordinate, on a regular basis, with Customer Success & our Product teams, to find compelling ways of acquiring new users, in order to create great acquisition campaigns for our service.

Monitoring and reporting: develop and operate the tracking and attribution system for each distribution channel, identify main wins, drops & opportunities through regular performance & data analysis and take appropriate actions from the results.
Create great use cases and best practices guidance for all our B2B Partners.

  • Understand the data behind the scene: understand all our app attributions and third-party tracking integrations, identify and share simple data attribution discrepancies
  • Monitor conversion funnels; imagine product or marketing tweaks and experimentations to improve end-to-end conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to improve campaign setup and monitoring
  • Work on simple to more robust data prediction models with Data Science team

What You’ll Do

  • Working directly under our CMO on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company
  • Building great insights and best practices based on key metrics to develop the activity and strong models.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with our B2B partners to create User acquisition growth for their own Distribution channel and offers.
  • Developing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments or geographic regions

Experience working

  • You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing campaign management and, ideally, experience with telecom and/or gaming industry
  • You’re an expert in paid acquisition
  • You have a successful track record with ROAS strategies on mobile content, subscriptions models and/ or apps
  • You’re intimately familiar with user acquisition digital platforms & tools (ads, tracking..)
  • You’re well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
  • You’re a hacker: you’ve already tried innovative organic/ viral tactics, and/or more traditional “off-line” communication plan.
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You wish to work in an environment that values teamwork, freedom, and responsibility
